Bella Vista, Arkansas – September 2024 Single-Family Residential Market Update: Bella Vista continues to attract buyers with its affordability and appealing lifestyle, but high-end sales are also making a mark in the market. In September 2024, a total of 107 homes were sold, with some key trends listed below. On average, listings were on the market for a total of 83 days. Average Price per Square Foot: $211 Average Sold Price: $435,338 Percentage of List Price Received: On average, homes sold for 98.5% of their list price. High-End Market: Six of the homes sold for over $1 million, all of which were lakefront properties. New Construction: New homes continue to make up a significant portion of the market, with 29 out of 107 homes (around 27%) being new construction properties.
